Spire announced that it has finalized with Gloria Solar Co., Ltd. (Gloria Solar), of Tainan, Taiwan, Republic of China, an affiliate of E-TON Solar Tech Co., Ltd., a joint venture (Joint Venture) to address the domestic solar photovoltaic (PV) systems market.
