Lax US rules let Chinese evade Iran sanctions: study

Chinese companies blacklisted in the United States for selling military equipment to Iran have been skirting sanctions due to weak enforcement, researchers said Monday. Hong Kong's roadside air pollution reached life-threatening levels one in every eight days last year, a report said Monday, citing figures obtained from the government.
