The possibility of President Barack Obama meeting the self-exiled Dalai Lama of Tibet has again sparked warnings from Beijing that bilateral relations could be harmed. The warning by China, already outraged over $6.4 billion worth of U.S. arms sales to Taiwan, came from Zhu Weiqun, the man heading up talks with representatives of the Dalai Lama.
